I had a GREAT experience with Moons. They have always been very fair and communicated well with me. I was most impressed with the Manager, Will. He helped me schedule my appointment which was convenient to me in order to fix an oil leak. He gave me a 2-3 day window and had it fixed in 1 day. They also put a new engine in my Mazda CX-9 and it is running as smooth as when we drove it off the lot. The great customer service from Will is what got me in the door but the quality of work is what will keep me coming back.
I totally TRUST Moon’s Service Center. I am extremely impressed with their manager, Will. I gave them an impossible task–an ancient Mercedes that had been neglected. They now have it running like a race car!! They are extremely knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Their prices are great and their service is awesome!!!!! I would NOT take my car anyplace else but MOON’S SERVICE CENTER and to their manager, Will! They are the very best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I received great customer service from Moon’s. I had a tight deadline and asked them to repair/replace both an alternator and the power steering hose the same day as I was leaving on a trip and needed my car repaired quickly. They accommodated my request (despite having to order the parts) and had my car ready in time. The car has run perfectly since they did the repairs and I had no problems on my road trip. I would definately recommend Moon’s to my family/friends.
